Work on the Merrifield Drive Rehabilitation Project will become more active starting the first week in June.  Work will be performed by BREX Corp. of Kennebunk, Maine in accordance with the design plans developed for this project.

 During the upcoming week the following activities are anticipated:

• The southerly side of Merrifield Drive is slated for reclamation which is a process where the pavement will be ground up and blended into the upper gravel crust.
• Drainage work will commence between Dunroven Drive and proceed along the stretch of Merrifield Drive between Dunroven Drive and Country Field Circle.
• Local Traffic and emergency vehicles will be accessible to the area.
• Travelers should expect delays during construction activities.
• Traffic Control devices will be in place and this will be an active work zone.
• Please be patient and respect worker safety.
