The Zoning Board of Appeals is responsible for hearing and deciding administrative appeals of decision made by the Code Enforcement Officer and other administrative boards, as well as variance applications and conditional use applications.
Meetings
The Zoning Board of Appeals meets on the 3rd Monday of the month at 6:30 p.m. on the 3rd floor of Town Hall on an as needed basis. All meetings are posted in Town Hall and on the Meeting Calendar. These meetings are broadcast live on cable TV channel 1302 as well as streamed live and archived for viewing anytime.
