Fair Hearing Authority

The Fair Hearing Authority (FHA) is an administrative review body which hears appeals of decisions made by the General Assistance Administrator. The FHA is charged with the responsibility of ensuring that General Assistance is administered in accordance with State law and local ordinance.
The Fair Hearing Authority meets on an as needed basis. All meetings are posted in Town Hall and on the Meeting Calendar.
