Notice is hereby given that the Kennebunk Planning Board has scheduled a Public Hearing on Monday, March 9, 2026 at 7:00pm at the Kennebunk Town Hall, 1 Summer Street, Third Floor, Room 301.  This Public Hearing is being held regarding a Special Exception application for 7 Valley Ave (Tax Map 95 Lot 129) which proposes to demolish and reconstruct a single family dwelling in the Resource Protection district. A copy of the application is available for inspection at the Community Development Office and also available on the Town’s website:

Notice is hereby given that the Kennebunk Zoning Board of Appeals has scheduled a Public Hearing on Monday, March 16, 2026 at 6:30pm at the Kennebunk Town Hall, 1 Summer Street, Third Floor, Room 301.   This Public Hearing is being held regarding 15 Portland Road [Map 46 Lot 35], for an appeal of the Historic Preservation Commission January 14, 2026 ruling to deny the Certificate of Appropriateness.
