The Town of Kennebunk plans to lease land at (unnumbered) Factory Pasture Lane, MBL 052-044 for the location and operation of a telecommunications facility.

This infrastructure has been identified in past planning efforts (see Proposed Wireless Communications Master Plan and Crane Report below) and is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan.

• There are multiple public benefits to the project:
• Improved radio signal coverage and redundancy for public safety and the ability to locate their equipment without cost
• Improved wireless cellular coverage for residents, businesses and visitors in the service area
• Financial compensation for the Town from the leasing of land
