The Waterhouse Center, located at 51 Main Street in the downtown, is a new facility that will provide four season events and festivals for families and youth.

The pavilion, an open sided 100’ x 120’ facility, will host ice skating in the winter and events throughout the rest of the year.

Programming at the facility is made possible by a donation of a $1.5 million endowment (in perpetuity) by long-time resident Geraldine Waterhouse and her granddaughter, Paige Schroeder.  The endowment was set up to foster and enhance the health and well being of local youth by providing recreational and educational opportunities in a safe and healthy environment in downtown Kennebunk.
