Sealed bids for SEAWALL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT - GOOCHS BEACH will be received by the Town of Kennebunk, 1 Summer Street, Kennebunk, Maine 04043 at the office of the Town Manager until 2:30 PM Thursday August 20, 2020, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

The Contract Manual and Plans & Specifications may be examined by appointment at the Office of Community Development, Planning & Codes located on the second floor of the Kennebunk Town Hall located at 1 Summer Street Kennebunk, Maine 04043.

Electronic copies will be available for download from the Town of Kennebunk website.  All prospective bidders must register to submit a bid and to be notified of any bid amendments.

The Town of Kennebunk reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.

Each bidder must deposit with their bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.

No bidder may withdraw their bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
